My experience started with the Service Advisor who set the stage (first impression was noteworthy) and ended with the Financial Services Manager (extremely professional from inception to end). He answered all of my questions and kept it very straight forward with me, which I value in a salesperson. He had great customer service skills. My buying experience was a 2 day process and Mr. Jones called me the next morning to see if I was still interested and if I had any questions. This made me want to go back even more and buy the car I've always wanted. Mr. Jones kept in mind the entire time my price range and what I could afford and helped me get a car that I knew I could manage financially and that was what I appreciated the most. I appreciate the no-pressure sales approach and the straight forward design of having the sales associate present the best offer the dealership was able to submit, while that was not adequate at first, additional incentives were available shortly after my initial visit to the dealership. I completed negotiations with the finance associates and upon return to the dealership successfully completed the transaction with Charlies help. Charlie is a true asset to Colonial Honda.
