We were so pleased to meet and work with Charlie Jones! He knew so much about the cars and just made us feel at home. After we made our car choice, he told us he knew we were going to switch from the CRV He knew so much about the cars and just made us feel at home. We know that anyone who meets Charlie will feel like they have known him all of their lives! Even after the sale he has checked in on us and always lets us know if we need anything or have any questions that he is there to help. It was also a great experience to meet and work with Grace Tanner. She definately knows her job and was able to explain everything to us as we went over the paperwork and warranty information. It doesn't get any better than Grace! It was also great meeting Todd Eggleston! Larry was really impressed with him and was able to agree quickly on the bottom line price! Todd has also followed up after the sale to see how we are liking the Honda! What a great team of people! We do need to share our concerns with John Ward. Honda almost lost a sale because of him. The first day we came in John did not try to work with us. It was the end of the business day and he was in a hurry to leave. I told him that we were also looking at a Hyundai and he pointed to next door and said they had them over there. He said he could not work with the offer we made on the Honda Accord. Charlie called us the following day and asked us to come back to the dealership and I went and spoke to him and Todd. What a difference! This sale would have never happened without Charlie and Todd! When I visited the dealership that day, I had not planned to purchase a car. I was driving a 2000 Honda Accord EX at the time and had surfed the website the night before for cars, so my intention was to se to purchase a car. Maurice asked if he could assist us, my husband told him I wanted to look at some used cars. I told him I was just looking, he showed me where the used Honda Accords were and went back inside. After awhile he came out and asked if I saw anything I liked. I told him I liked the 2013 Honda Accord EX-L, and he asked if I wanted to test drive it. I told him no, because I still had not planned on buying a car that day. My husband talked me into test driving it, and I fell in love with it. Maurice was was very professional and accomodating. I went to Colonial Honda on January 28, 2014 to drop off my 2010 Honda Ridgeline for its 100,000 mile service, which I had purchased from Colonial Honda. I had been thinking about trading it in for a new Ri my 2010 Honda Ridgeline for its 100,000 mile service, which I had purchased from Colonial Honda. I had been thinking about trading it in for a new Ridgeline or CRV, I had spoken with Maurice on January 27, 2014 and told him I may be considering trading in my Ridgeline. He was scheduled to be off on the 28th, but he told me he would come in to meet me, even though I wasn't quite sure I was going to trade for a new vehicle. I had first told him I might be interested in purchasing another Ridgeline, because I really loved the versitility of it. However, with my long commute to work, the MPG was an issue. So my husband and I decided to check out the CRV instead. We were very impressed with Maurice's knowledge of the CRV, and after he found out which options and color we wanted, he searched out the car in the lot and went out in the freezing cold and snow showers to get it and bring it up to the door while we waited inside in the warm showroom. He worked with us until he was sure we were satisfied with our decision. We were offered an acceptable amount for our Ridgeline and we decided to purchase the 2014 CRV EX-L. This was our third vehicle (2008 & 2010 Ridgelines and now the 2014 CRV) we purchased through Colonial Honda and we have always been more than satisfied with the treatment of service we have received. Grace Tanner also made the purchase of the extended warrenty and the environmental package, and the gap insurance easy. She took the time to explain all the options to us and helped us decide which options would be practical for us. We are also looking forward to working with Colonial Honda's service department as we always bring our vehicles in for all routine maintenance and any other service issues, which have always been few and far inbetween.
