He was very knowledgeable and efficient and went way beyond my expectations of a sales associate. I am very happy with the Honda Fit I purchased and feel as though I made a friend for life with Paul. He stayed an extra two hours after work to acquaint me with the car's technology and special features. When I left the lot I felt I was very lucky to have been served by him and that he was able to help me get the deal I wanted on the trade-in. Best New Car I Ever Bought Absolutely No Hassle DEC 19 I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord from Rich Miller. I stopped in and looked at their inventory on 13 DEC, met Rich and he gave me the best price DEC 19 I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord from Rich Miller. I stopped in and looked at their inventory on 13 DEC, met Rich and he gave me the best price upfront with no haggling on that visit. He even gave me some internet pricing websites to go to to see if anyone could beat his price and they could not. He was from several hundred to several thousand dollars below everyone else. He was below any Honda dealer from Newport News to Fredericksburg to Richmond to South Hill. He did not call or email me with any sales pressure. He just waited for me to get back to him. That is all he had to do. When I went in to purchase the car a week later the sales staff informed me of their other products available for purchase but there was no pressure to purchase them. It was the most friendly, hassle free environment I have ever been in in 40 years to purchase a car. I will go back to purchase a car there again. More

Hassle Free Experience I was looking for a used and good condition car specifically Honda civic or accord. I stopped by Colonial Honda around November 15, 2014. However, I couldn't find what I was looking for that time. I left my phone number to one of the sales associates so they can give me a call whenever they have the type of car I was looking for. Tom Farlow, an Internet Sales Specialist, called me on Tuesday, Dec 30, 2014 and told me he has a car. I looked at the car online and after a few back and forth phone calls and negotiations, we reached at an agreement in price and went there to see the car. I loved the car and bought it immediately. Tom was an exceptionally polite and professional sales associate. He answered all of my questions with great details. He was very helpful. My car was ready in just few hours. NO HASSEL AT ALL !!!! I tried to check with some other dealers in the same area (I do not want to mention it ! ) before I went to Colonial Honda. I cannot imagine how rude some sales associates are. I scheduled appointment with one of the sales specialists and went there on time. But he wasn't even willing to talk to me let alone show me any car there. It is very embarrassing and shame ! Visit Colonial Honda and you will be happy with their hospitality and professionalism. Make sure you leave your contact with them if you don't get your car in your first visit. My only complain was that I was given only one key and ended up paying $175 extra to get an another copy. Tom told me they got only one key when they traded this car from the previous owner. But I still don't hold anything back from Tom Farlow. He is just amazing ! Thanks Tom !!! Dr. G More

My sales associate, Kia, was extremely personable and knowledgeable. She paid attention to the details - from what I was looking for in a car, to how many seats she needed to get at the table for my mom, sister, niece and I during the negotiation period (4 seats were lined up at the table as soon as we walked in!). Everyone was pretty receptive to the questions I had, and gave clarification on the financial details. One minor flaw was the waiting period between the time I said "maybe" to the car and when I actually spoke to the accountant. They were cleaning/preparing the potential car as I waited to speak to Accounting. Perhaps so that I might feel pressured to say "yes" and solidify the deal...Overall experience was low-pressure though. Glad I came. More
