CMA's Colonial Honda

Have taken my Honda CRV’s here for service many years and would not think of going anywhere else. Waiting area is clean, comfortable and stocked with drinks and snacks. The service writer Mark was very unprofessional. Slamming customer keys. He never called me to tell me their was a cost for repairs. He become agruementive with me when I asked why he didn't call and tell me what the cost would be and assume that was ok. He did remove the cost because he was wrong. I will never come back.
