Best Service and Sales department I've worked with! I originally came to Colonial with a blown engine on an old GMC Sierra. After much internal debate I decided not to put any more money into it and get a new used truck. Anthony Swan in the service department was amazing from start to finish. He helped get me into a loaner vehicle when I needed it most. He followed up daily with progress and was more than fair with pricing. I also worked with Andrew Sewell in the sales department. Andrew was also fantastic from start to finish. The no pressure sales tactics were appreciated as there is nothing I find more annoying than a pushy sales person and it turns me away every time. Andrew was knowledgeable, calm, efficient, and patient. He listened to my needs and offered options with both the truck itself and financing. The sales and service team working together is what ultimately made this sale happen and I couldn't be happier with my new truck and price paid.
