Overall Good - Excellent for Sales & Admin, Avg for Service Sales/Admin - Bob Nichols and Doug were excellent to work with. I have only praise for their ability and capability. The used auto I bought had a problem with the rear license connecting screws spinning in the nylon holding nuts, and they could not get the transfer plates (my vanity plates) transferred. I waited for what I considered an exceptional amount of time for this to be resolved, only to be told they could not resolve properly, and had to mount plates with a second set of nylon nuts behind the defective ones, which would, probably, not allow me to remove and replace the plates in the future (the secondary nuts would probably fall into the tailgate and not be reusable without dismantling some part of the tailgate to recover the nuts if another plate was to be fastened). FIRST - something like this should have been resolved before I had already bought the vehicle, and SECOND - this, to me, is a not-very-acceptable way of resolving the problem! For not actually resolving the issue totally, and for taking an excessive amount of time to resolve, I give service an 'average' rating. More

Jeep is still not fixed Craft Collusion cannot figure out why the message saying the left front turn signal is out (randomly comes up on dashboard). They took it to Billy Craft Dealership and they said it was fixed by just clearing the code. It still is not fixed.....I'm very disappointed in Craft Collision and Billy Craft Jeep service department. More

Exceptional Easy to schedule an appointment according to my schedule. Promptly taken care of the moment I arrived. And upon leaving noticed a very strong chemical smell in the vehicle, 2nd time I've noticed this after getting service done. I was also charged more than the cost and charges listed online, total charges listed online when I booked the appointment were $65.45 including tax and shop supplies, but I was charged $80.05 the day of service? More
