Although they were very apologetic for the inconveniences, Larry & Charles bent over backwards to try to fix problem (including providing me with a replacement vehicle). It seems they encountered MANY problems getting parts from manufacturer - they were successful in fixing the problem after several weeks. JR followed up with me a couple times a week to be sure I was satisfied with status and ultimately the results. I would highly recommend this dealership for their professionalism. More
