Sales associate was courteous and enthusiastic about making sure I got what I wanted. Dealership didn't try to pull the "trick" where they discount out the freight on a vehicle only to add it back in at the end. That made a world of difference to me. They don't treat their customers like idiots. Up front pricing and fair deals are what keep customers coming back.
