I was pretty much dreading going to a dealership to buy a new car, but Butch took away the fear and made it a very pleasurable experience. I had sent an inquirey to the dealership for an out the door price and was given a quote. Sounded like a good deal to me, but I was a little leary from dealing with other dealers that it was just a come on and the price would surely escalate when I went in, but he was true to his word and I was very pleased with everything. All the others I was introduced to also were very friendly. I am very happy with the car I purchased so far and would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. Butch is the salesman I always work with when looking to trade my vehicle in. He is very polite and tries to keep a pleasant coversation and not having to wait a long time. I previously purchased two new Santa Fes from this dealership. When I was in the market for another used car, this was my top choice because of the friendliness of the staff as well as the service dep dealership. I was greeted immediately by Butch, and I appreciated very much his understanding of what I was looking for. He never tried to push me towards his choice of vehicles, which I had experienced at another dealership. I was given excellent treatment on my trade-in. I felt that working the deal with Andy, Dave and Butch was not intimidating at all. Andy and I had worked well together in the past, and I was treated great by these guys. The entire team did a great job at getting my financing worked out in a timely manner so I could leave there with my "new" car instead of having to come back to get it. More
I can in there with a 09 Sante Fe in hopes of getting my payments down and getting a more fuel efficent vehicle. I wasnt expecting to get a new car at all but asked for a slightly used. Perry asked all the questions up front (mileage, remaining balance, etc). That very same day he called me back and gave me the option of getting in a brand new Sonata. He made it happen. I went in to do all the paperwork and Perry went over EVERYTHING about this car and even helped me set up the bluetooth for my phone. The car was ready under their canopy all cleaned up and a full tank of gas when I got to the dealership. Liza went through all the paperwork with me and was fast and very curtious when I denied certain things such as gap insurance. Did not force anything or pressure me at all. Gave me the info and when I said no, she moved forward. I liked that. I was in the dealership for maybe an hour and that was it. This was my second vehicle purchase from Perry and Apple Valley Hyundai and I WILL be back again! More

I really cannot say enough good things about Apple Valley Hyundai and my experience. They made car buying, something I had dreaded, into a real joy. AVH has my loyal business from here on out. I have already recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so. I was particularly impressed with the team approach that was as easy and natural as can be. Everyone pitched in to make the purchase and delivery go smoothly, from the great sales manager Andy Gray on down the line. My initial contact was with Cassie Nieberlein and although we did not find the right vehicle on my first trip I returned the next day after having less than stellar experiences at Carmax and Browns Hyundai in Leesburg. I came back out to AVH after talking to Andy Gray on the phone about getting in a Touring and also explaining my poor credit situation. Andy was as easy going and low pressure as Cassie had been and they were the reason for my return. When I came back out Cassie was off but everyone pitched in even though it was Cassie's sale (impressive). Andy showed me the car (a service loaner) and made the deal (car had a thousand miles on it so he gave me a thousand off) and Jessica Peer handled all the paperwork. Perry Sager showed me the books and introduced the cars controls. Finally, Liza Petrucci sealed the deal and I drove home in my beautiful Elantra Touring. It was exactly the way a sales team should operate and I can't say enough good things about them. Probably the best way to describe it is to say not only has my view of car salesman been changed but the staff really are the kind of folks I could hang out with and I think that says a lot. I really feel like they built a relationship with me, one built on genuinely trying to satisfy the customer. Something that is sorely lacking in most businesses these days. More
