I had received a good price from the Fairfax dealership, so I called Frank to see if he could match it since I live in Charles Town. Frank was off when I called, but Perry was able to give me an "out the door" price that beat Fairfax, but they didn't have the exact options, so Perry said it would be no problem for them to get the exact car I wanted. Frank actually went and picked up my car from another dealer and had it ready for me the next day. When my wife and I arrived, we were treated extremely well by all involved in the sale. Liza and Josh had all the paperwork ready and even already had my new WV license plate, which I didn't expect. The paperwork process was very smooth and Liza and Josh were a pleasure to work with. Frank then spent a good deal of time carefully going over all the features of the car, and answered all of our questions with his full attention. We drove off the lot in our new Elantra and commented to each other that this was the best car buying experience we have ever had! I have nothing but good things to say about Apple Vaqlley Hyundai and highly recommend them to others. More

On my initial visit, just to look, I was met by a friendly young man. When I explained that I was just looking that day, he encouraged me by smiling and letting me know that if there was anything he friendly young man. That told me that I'd be back, because I hate being waited on by the "pressure salesman." On my return trip, UK and Dave allowed me to try several Tucsons and we came up with a price that suited us all. (I had also tried a Mazda CX7 and a Subaru Outback.) UK, Dave, and Jessica all helped me through the process with respect and enthusiasm. As a single woman, I appreciated that very much. UK sat with me in the car and went over all that I needed to know and he even helped me connect my phone to Blue Tooth. I didn't mention that it took him about a half hour to remove my rusted license plate from my old car, but he was ever so patient in doing it. I believe the plate and the phone was above and beyond the call of duty. He was great! I am now the happy driver of my new Chai Bronze Tucson and I look forward to many more trips to Apple Valley Hyundai when my car needs to be serviced! Gail Johnson More
I had planned to by from another dealer but they were so nasty I called Apple Valley just to see if they might have a similar car. They were about to close, but agreed to wait for me. Every step of the way they were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to be helpful. 5 isn't good enough -- these folk are "15". Highly recommend them for attitude, helpfulness and price. A few days later we arrived to pick up our car. UK again greeted us with a friendly handshake and smile. He then took the time to show us all that we needed to know about our car before we drove it home. He then said that if we had any questions to give him a call. Salesman (UK) did a great job, very knowledgeable and patient. I end up buying a Elantra. Very nice car for price and sporty looking. Only bad experience I had with this dealership was finance mgr. I felt I WAS LIED to on several different occasions.Felt very rushed to sign papers without being explained to on diff. signings. When I questioned different things, when she would talk to me, she would be looking in a different direction or with her head down.I asked her if I had time to call my bank to ask a question, she replied she is in a hurry because of another customer waiting. When I left talking to her and went to get the keys to my car, the lights in the building were off and I didn't see any other customers. To make this short, I felt I was mislead and rushed to sign the papers. This is just one reason why I felt she wasn't telling me the complete truth. PLEASE understand this is not a personal attack, I am just answering this survey honestly. Again UK the salesman, sales mgr. and another salesman Perry, were really professional, nice people. Because of the bad situation with the finance person, I am not sure about buying another vehicle with this dealership. I am very happy with my car,which is very important. Came in on Monday (10/31) to do a trade in from my Hyundai Santa Fe to a Hyundai Sonata. The second we walked in the staff was incredibly difficult to deal with. The sales person ran my credit and then pointed to three cars that he said were 'suitable' for me. They refused to work with a trade in, though, citing various reasons that I knew were untrue. I ended up going to a different dealership, and told them the things that were told me by the Hyundai dealership. I am now the proud new owner of a Ford Fusion. It's rather unfortunate, though, because I've always driven Hyundai. They refused to deal with me, though, and now they have lost not only me as a customer, but my coworkers who were also looking to Hyundai as well. More
