The only difference this time was we knew exactly what we wanted so we did the credit application & sent him a email which he’s so fast on responding on his personal time. We took our 2019 Elantra in to have it appraised which only took about 20 minutes then we left to go get our children from school.. He called us gave us some numbers and we said go for it.. He literally had the paperwork ready for us when we got there. We’ve shopped around at other dealers and have met many salesman but none like Dave Kramer he is about the costumer and that’s why we were a repeat costumer!
