I initially went to the dealership a week before I purchased the car and met Noah. I told him I was not planning to buy a car until the fall. He showed me a variety of vehicles and was not pushy. I was so impressed, I ended up returning a week later and test driving and buying a vehicle. The purchasing process went smoothly and the dealer ended up handling my tags (which saved me a dreaded trip to the DMV) and assisting me with obtaining insurance for my new vehicle. Usman introduced me to Michael Frame a Service Adviser who gave me a firm handshake and said that anytime the Tucson needed maintenance to call him and he would be happy to schedule an appointment for me.
