Worst sales person I have ever dealt with I contacted this dealership after seeing a 4runner for sale on auto trader; Terence Kuehl contacted me back with a price that was several thousand abo I contacted this dealership after seeing a 4runner for sale on auto trader; Terence Kuehl contacted me back with a price that was several thousand above market value for vehicle. When I responded back that I had looked up the average price for 4runners of this year/make/etc , he responded back very rude and sarcastic. After looking up this business, it seems as though this is the "normal" for this guy's attitude, with no respect for the customers. Why is this guy still in business? More
Worst Car Buying Experience, EVER We bought what we thought was our dream car. It was advertised as 'Full Restoration'. The ad also stated the car had been Ziebart treated for rust prevention. After speaking with the salesman and exchanging emails, he disclosed that he had driven it several times and noticed that the tachometer wasn't working. He said he would go over the car to make sure everything was good and would fix the tachometer. We paid for the car and he arranged to have it shipped to us. Imagine our disappointment when it arrived and we discovered that the following items were not working: 1 headlight, 1 tail light, dashboard lights, interior lights, lights for license plate, emergency brake, choke, radio, windshield washers, brake light, brakes, speedometer and tachometer, and right rear turn signal. We called the dealer and were promised they would pay for the tachometer and speedometer since they hadn't gotten around to it before it shipped. We took the car to a mechanic to evaluate and fix the things required to pass a basic safety inspection so we could license the car to drive. He found all the above things as well as a completely rusted underbody and rusted shut brakes, rusted out exhaust system, an axle that was about to break and numerous other costly repairs needed. This auto had not had 'Full Restoration' and was clearly not rust protected. When we called to discuss an equitable resolution, the salesman literally yelled at us and told us we could pay to have the car shipped back and he would sell it to someone else, but under no circumstances would he refund ANY amount of money to us! Now we have a very expensive paperweight sitting in our garage. Wow. More
Crooks Stay far far away. They put the wrong parts in your car, charge you excessive fees and sell 'junk' titled cars as pristine. They'll lie to make a buck Stay far far away. They're arrogant towards women and can't be bothered with pre-sales questions regarding history of their cars. More
