1st time using Mazda Service Depatment and won't be the last I have to say this dealer went beyond to help me getting my Mazda serviced. It was my 1st time on this dealer and I forgot to do a appointment. So whe I have to say this dealer went beyond to help me getting my Mazda serviced. It was my 1st time on this dealer and I forgot to do a appointment. So when I got there Jeniffer explained to me the process to do so. Even though she went ahead and nicely took care of my vehicle with no problem what so ever! My Mazda was ready with in the time it was projected (service oil change-tire rotation-updated software) well they even washed my car and the best part : this gentlemen from the Detail department removed a couple of small scratched that my Mazda had (this were made at my workplace). Now my Mazda looks espectalcular! Thanks you #CJWilsonMazdaVentura for been a great service team! I will be back no doubt about it! More
