Bad experience from the beginning. I was not told of the misc. charges until checking out for diagnostic service, at which time they could not tell me what those charges were for. I brought my car in to have eight issues addressed. Only four of them were fixed, even though when I was contacted and told the car was ready, I was told that everything was fixed. The left rear fender corner panel was not put back in the position that it was in when I dropped the car off. I sent before and after pics and requested that fender and the other four issues be addressed, with no results. I was told that the supervisor would be informed of the situation. I was never contacted by that person. I have auto repair background, but I am 70 years old and prefer to not do that work anymore. After realizing that nothing was going to be done, I adjusted the fender to the position that it was previously in and fixed the other four issues that were neglected. Jamie Ramsey was my contact person. She tried to make things right but obviously had no support from management. More
