This is my second review like the dealer and the staff, had good service, But the warrantees and customer appreciation need addressing. I purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass in February 2024 with just less than had good service, But the warrantees and customer appreciation need addressing. I purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass in February 2024 with just less than 25,000 miles, the vehicle now has just over 40,000. From the beginning we have had an issue with the start/stop feature saying not ready battery charging and causing other features sporadically to stop working and functioning properly. The first visit to service center the tire sensor was replaced and its covered didn't have time because there is a 48hr diagnostic period being the only car for me to get to work and help my wife in wheelchair we cant be without a transportation. Second visit to service center it was replaced covered by warrantee. Then it wouldn't start, so vehicle got towed in turns out both batteries went bad not covered because not under warrantee, now it's going cost me in the area of 1000$ for batteries on vehicle that you have driven less than 20,000 miles. So I'll ask you; HOW WOULD YOU FEEL AFTER SPENDING MORE MONEY ON A VEHILCLE THAT WAS PURCHASED LESS THAN A YEAR AGO with a bumper to bumper coverage till 120,000 miles except for wear parts break pads, tires, etc. as I told. There is no more customer appreciation its all about money which is probably I'll use another Jeep dealer that is closer to my house for warrantee in the future, Advantage is less than 5 miles from my house. I'm sure they can provide the same services and be treated the same. I will defiantly take note of this next time I purchase/trade in a car. More
