We dropped off our vehicle for a warranty repair on Friday 1/10/25. We were notified around 3:45 pm that day, that parts were needed and tee would be given a rental. Sat morning I called and spoke with Friday 1/10/25. We were notified around 3:45 pm that day, that parts were needed and tee would be given a rental. Sat morning I called and spoke with my service manager and was told to go to Hertz and a vehicle was there, after a 45 min wait we were told they had no vehicles. I called back and was told to go to Enterprise, after another long wait we were told the same, no vehicles available. I called back a 3rd time and was told by the service manager he would search for a vehicle and call me right back. I never received a call back. Sunday all rental agencies were closed. I called back Monday morning only to be told my service manager was off on Monday’s. After speaking a service dept manager we were told we could pick one up at CDJR and they sent a vehicle to pick us up to come get it. Upon arriving at CDJR that supervisor had gone to lunch and nobody had any idea as to what was needed. After an hour wait we were finally able to get a vehicle to drive. The communication throughout this entire experience was utterly frustrating and time consuming. More

Very difficult to deal with on buying a used car. Lots of changes during discussions. Brought in new people, promises made, recinded. Said car had been inspected, then initially refused to fix water in headlight, after extended heated discussion with the fifth person, they agreed. Took 2 visits to fix. Had a check engine light. After 3 weeks with the car, said they could not recreate the problem. Still is a issue. Two months of frustration. Will not be back nor will I recommend to anybody.. More

The initial service was great and quick: oil change, tire rotation, new battery. After this a dash light came on, capital A in a circle, green in color. In came on every time I came to a complete stop so I took the car back in and was told it would go off as I drove the car. It didn't so the next day I took the car back. The tech ran tests and said I needed a software update. After that Juan brought the car and paperwork back to me and said I was all set the car should run smoother now. I said it wasn't running rough just ad the light coming up and I was worried it was the alternator. He took for a test drive. Came back all smiles and said it was the autostop light and showed me how to turn it off. Currently the car is driving great and all is well. Juan was kind and helpful. More

Juan was an excellent service advisor - he kept us up to date and gave us lots of options. Jacob sent us a very thorough technical walkthrough of our vehicle inspection. He went from soup to nuts in his ove date and gave us lots of options. Jacob sent us a very thorough technical walkthrough of our vehicle inspection. He went from soup to nuts in his overview - very thorough! The waiting area was a hospitality experience with coffee, popcorn, and hotdogs! The service experience was excellent. Even offered a ride home if we needed to leave the car! This is why we come back for all our service and maintenance! Great people! Great customer service! More

Not a good experience at the dealership. Found a filter bracket that had been left off of car. Service tech forgot to put it back on. Had to drive back 30 minutes to get it fixed. Not good.
