I came back after several months up north. Kristan my usual service rep for many tears was gone. Christian took care of me and even gave me the hug that Kristan always did. When I come from Apopka (Seminole Cty) without making an appointment they take me right away. Cannot complain the service is good. Anytime I had questions I would call or visit with Richard Gallop, the Gem Car Service Manager. Normally he could help me. Often he called in his service technician Jimmy Jones, to also assist. Richard gave me his personal cell phone number to call anytime I might need his assistance. I am very happy with the service and assistance that I have received. My wife and I love our Gem Car and when it's time to buy a new one, we won't consider any other LSV or golfcart. Richard will be the one we call. More
