After driving for 2 days from Virginia to visit my mom in Lady Lake for a week, my vehicle developed a noise issue during the trip. I was taken in by Mark Valentin the afternoon of my first day (Wednesday) i Lady Lake for a week, my vehicle developed a noise issue during the trip. I was taken in by Mark Valentin the afternoon of my first day (Wednesday) in town and had a diagnosis by the end of the next day (Thursday). What turned out to be an alternator and pulley/belt problem was luckily (and amazingly) diagnosed and taken care of in less than 5 days, which included a weekend. Almost all of the parts were in the shop already and the rest was easy to get. I picked up my vehicle around noon on Monday. Even though Mark wasn't there the day of pick-up, another associate was able to close me out without any issues or confusion. I can't even tell you how, as an out-of-town customer with what turned out to be an important repair, relieved and pleased I was that I was taken care of so quickly. I'm not sure how "squeezed in" I actually had to be, but they did it with not even one excuse. This customer is leaving for home ON-TIME. Great Job ! More

I’ve been buying and having my cars/trucks serviced for over 50 years, and have never had anything approaching the appalling lack of communications with a service advisor as I had with Kobe. He was inst over 50 years, and have never had anything approaching the appalling lack of communications with a service advisor as I had with Kobe. He was instructed to contact me when a repair part arrived. He didn’t. One I confirmed the part was in I dropped my truck off and was told Kobe would give me a call once repaired. He didn’t. Once again I called regarding status and was informed it was ready - Kobe was talking to the mechanic and would be calling me. He didn’t. Following day I stopped by to pickup my truck and was informed by the mechanic (where is Kobe??) I needed another item repaired or replaced. I declined and drive to another repair shop. Wish to note adding to my frustration was the abysmal phone service. Some PM calls were answered by a third party call answering service who promised to to send a priority message to the individual I was calling. I never had a call back. On one call I thought I was talking with a person with a speech impediment, nope, English was he second or third language. More

Loved the fact that the dealership apprises me of my vehicle status using a video clip and linked via text message. The lounge was relaxing and spacious and a pleasure to wait in.
