The Service Writer, Chris, was really on top of the service. A problem had existed because parts had not been available for over a year, when she found out that the defective part could be rebuilt via service. A problem had existed because parts had not been available for over a year, when she found out that the defective part could be rebuilt via a different service. So we made arrangements to have that done. In the end, it turned out that the error code was not the unavailable part, but something else that was readily repairable. It was a shame that we had to live with the problem for over a year, but that was not Chris' fault at all. More
Tiffany was my service advisor for many years. Otto took over and our interaction was short..I guess he went on vacation, haven't seen him. That is when I met Carlos. Carlos is kind, soft spoken, honest, dependable, professional, listens to my concerns, keeps me calm, explains car issue in a way I can understand, multitasker and loves his job. I have waited for him while he has worked with other consumers. I have observed the same cool, calm professionalism with his consumers. I know I will be in for another RAM 1500 issue and I will seek out Carlos. BTW, my 2016 RAM 1500 has over one hundred thousand miles and continues to run strong. More

I had a bad experience as it relates service recommendations. The tec recommended a service that was done 3 months ago "supposedly" when I enquired about it the service manager made excuses.
