Not Trustworthy After being very happy with the deal that I made and going over all of the specifics of the car I purchased, everything went down hill after I left th After being very happy with the deal that I made and going over all of the specifics of the car I purchased, everything went down hill after I left the dealership. To begin with my sales rep Joe assured me that everything had been gone over on the car and that everything was up to par or that would have replaced it before being put on the lot. So when I bring it in for an oil change after only putting approx. 3000 miles on the car, I was told that the tires shouldn't be driven on even though there was good tread left, as they were original 12 years old and could blow apart and cause an accident. Then they presented me a list of things which needed to be done to the tune of approx $4000. These were items that were just worn out because of the age of the car. I took the car into have the brakes checked and was told the rotors and pads were shot and needed to be replaced, there went over $700. Then the CD player doesn't work and I was told that wasn't covered under warranty. To me I was just fed a bunch of BS to make the sale, and lied to as how could a vehicle be gone over top to bottom to make sure everything was perfect and then in less than 3000 miles need all of these repairs. The tires really irritate me as he had to know they were unsafe and he had no respect for me or my family with what could have happened if the tires blew apart, along with the damage it could have caused to the vehicle. I have made it a mission to everyone I talk to on our 300 plus softball league, Nomads motorcycle club, and Villages golf league that Bill Bryan is not to be trusted as a dealership and couldn't care less about after the sale. Sales/service My experience starting in the sales office (Charles Hunter) through the service dept. (David Carnecchia and staff) has been a pleasure. The best part My experience starting in the sales office (Charles Hunter) through the service dept. (David Carnecchia and staff) has been a pleasure. The best part for me was that there was "no pressure" in either dept. While waiting for service to be performed Charles Hunter takes the time to chat a bit to be sure all is going well. The Service tech. keeps you up to date about the service needed/performed. The waiting area is neat, clean and Marc is great talking to customers while waiting. My rating would be a 10, not 5.
