I was put in touch with the Bill Bryan dealership through USAA, so I knew it was a reputable dealership. After describing to Karen Boersma what I was looking for, she put me in touch with Mike Shadlich who USAA, so I knew it was a reputable dealership. Mike took the time to explain everything to me and was willing to go the extra mile to find exactly what I was looking for. But what he found for me was actually BETTER than what I had asked for (newer model with extra features!) and for LESS money than I had budgeted for!! Within a two-day period I had driven home my new Wrangler!! You simply cannot ask for more than that! Overall, this was the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever had and if/when we need a second vehicle, I will go DIRECTLY to Mike and Bill Bryan!! Thanks everyone!!!!
