I was on the used car lot of Bill Bryan Chrysler Jeep Dodge looking for a quality, used vehicle. A young gentleman, just by chance, passed by where I was standing. Without hesitation, he stopped, answered my question, and for the next hour or so, worked with me as I searched for a good, gently used, vehicle. I must say, the young man, who turned out to be Charles Hunter, could have not been more accommodating. He is knowledgeable, extremely professional, and as a result of the chance encounter in the parking lot, I bought a vehicle!!!!! I would highly recommend Charles, and Bill Bryan Agency to any of my family or friends looking for a new vehicle. What a pleasant way to end 2012!! More

We knew we were in the market for a new van and when we got to Florida in November we visited, and tried, several different manufacture’s van. None of them gave us all the ‘bells and whistles’ that we were accustomed to having with our 2010 Chrysler Town and Country Ltd.. We worked with Mike Shadlich at Bill Bryan’s dealership in Fruitland Park, FL and can’t say enough about how hard he worked for us. Without pressuring us at all he gave us many hours of his time and answered, or got the answers to, all our questions. After we got the 2012 Chrysler van there were a couple of hiccups in some of it’s features. Mike has followed up, and arranged to have fixed the two things we felt were wrong. The problems were NOT with either the manufacture or Bill Bryan’s, just the fact that we bought a new car at the very end of the model year. With a couple of updates to software we were good to go. I would recommend both Mike and Bill Bryan’s to anyone that asks. More

Joe worked with us to our satisfaction that we were buying the car at a great price and also getting a fair price for our trade-in. Joe also worked with us to ensure that the vehicle would be "smoke o buying the car at a great price and also getting a fair price for our trade-in. Joe also worked with us to ensure that the vehicle would be "smoke oder free", as the vehicle had a smoke oder to it. As we do not smoke, that was very important to us in buying this vehicle.
