I stopped by to just test drive a 2012 Jeep liberty. I had a 2008 wrangler and wasn't sure if I was ready to part ways. I was greeted by Mike and he turned out to be the BEST salesman I could have asked for. He is very patient and thorough and he was able to answer all the questions I had. I felt very comfortable and had no uncertainties about the deal. I'm very pleased that I ended up purchasing a new car Bill Bryan. I was so happy with my experience that I recommended Bill Bryan and Mike to a friend and she ended up buying a 2012 Liberty as well. More

Nothing turns me off faster than the "tricks" some dealers use. A few years ago, I was looking and I went into a dealership where they got ahold of my car keys to "look it over" and then kept delaying giving them back even though I repeatedly told him that I was not buying that day. I faked a phone call and left and have never been back, even to service the vehicle I had. So I was leary of going to a dealership. A close friend had recently traded her 200 for a 300 and I was with her. I was impressed by the sales agent (Joe Recklefs, I think) and so I came in yesterday to look. I am glad I did. Thank you to all of you who helped me. More
My car shopping experience started and ended at this dealership. Mike was the first to greet me and had the patience of a saint through the entire process. I'm not a fan of the car buying experience and I have to say that this was the only time that I have ever felt treated like a person rather than a dollar sign. In fact, at this point I think we might be family considering how much work they both put into finding the perfect car within my budget. I am not an easy shopper, and never once did either of them stop helping me. They were absolutely outstanding the entire time. I couldn't recommend them any more. Oh, and hey a nice cappuccino and a massage chair while waiting doesn't hurt. More
Kristen Lewter was the most knowledgeable Service Adviser I have ever dealt with. I was very skeptical at first because I was dealing with a woman.She explained my problem in depth with detail like no one el I have ever dealt with. Converters were 2nd to none! She promptly pushed through the paperwork on both my Factory Warranty for the Cat. Converter and also my Extended Warranty for the O2 Sensors leaving me a $100 deductible to pay on $2000 of Parts and Labor!!!! :) More
