My husband had stopped in at this dealership before and talked to Mike Sumner- and he liked his attitude & friendliness.And his willingness to help us with what we are looking for. When I went in-I saw the same characteristics as he did- and decided Mike Sumner was the one we wonted to deal with. Mike went out of his way to secure the vehicle we wonted-and answered any questions we had-plus he went over the truck with us-and wonted to make sure we were happy with it. And he followed up with a courtesy call the following day-to make sure. We both are very pleased with Mike Sumner-and would definitely not have any trouble recommending him-to other people. Same goes for Jeff Thyng-we were very pleased for the way he handled all the paper work-and was very friendly-with a great attitude. He was very organized-and had everything intact. I visited the dealership the following morning where I met up with Mike Sumner, sales consultant. Mike showed me a Subaru and a Jeep SUV (Forester and Compass) and was very knowledgeable in each vehicle's specifications. After a couple of test drives, we decided to pursue the Jeep Compass. While the finance officer worked up my numbers, Mike gave me a personal tour of the dealership. We saw the service department, parts, customer service, and management offices. Upon acceptance of the sales offer, my Jeep Compass was detailed and delivered quickly to my waiting hands. Great experience! Mike was fantastic! I expect to have a great future relationship with Bill Bryan and would most definately recommend them to family and friends. More
The sales staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. We indicated interest in one of 3 different vehicles. One was already in the showroom and they brought one of each of the other two in so helpful. We indicated interest in one of 3 different vehicles. Once we came to an agreement on a deal on the one we wanted, they worked quickly to find just what we wanted at another dealership and made arrangements to have it transferred. The vehicle was efficiently made ready for us and even the closing process was relatively painless. Great job! More
They passed the sale around like a hot potato> Lot's of retired military in Sales staff. My thought is they would of been above board as a result. Had to refinance vehicle afterwords because I went with theirs and the rate was not available, Just a Bad Experience Semper Fi Marines, quit screwing with your customers. More
When my wife and I pulled into the dealership, Mike Sumner approached us with an attitude that was, noticeably, geared more toward being helpful rather than "a sale at all costs" that we experienced at Sumner approached us with an attitude that was, noticeably, geared more toward being helpful rather than "a sale at all costs" that we experienced at other dealerships. What a pleasant surprise. We weren't sure just what vehicle we wanted. But before long, that all changed. Mike has extensive product knowledge that came to light as he walked us through the process. It was obvious he was prepared to endure as many test drives and explanations of vehicle attributes as it took - and he did. He slowly and patiently guided us to a 2010 Sebring Limited we ultimately purchased. Not what either of us expected to buy. Our new car was taken to be prepped before we received it. During that time, Mike gave us a tour of the facility - how to enter the facility, who to see, where to pay, parts, the speed shop, service manager, customer relations. He gave us cards for people we would deal with for various services so we would have contact information. We were happy with the final price. Mike made sure we received all the discounts and rebates pertaining to our purchase. He took the time to explain the Veterans Memorial being built and how to contact them. We were ushered into the on-site cafe and shown what was available to tide us over until our car was ready. Bill Bryan is fortunate to have an employee with a great product knowledge base as well as the ability to work so well with people in selecting the vehicle best suited for them. This really was the best car-buying experience we have ever had. More
I came looking for a used car but found none to my liking. Clay helped us put together a deal on a new car that made us all feel good about the purchase. From my initial phone call to make my appointment to the visit to the cashier's desk, Kristen was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to listen to my list of troubles with my Subaru and explained it all clearly to the technician so that repairs could be made. While going over the car, a couple other problems were identified by the tech. Without sales pressure, the identified issues were clearly explained, as well as prices for all the work. I was able to make an informed decision about what to have fixed immediately and what could be postponed. The Customer waiting area was more like a livingroom/ kitchen designed for customer comfort. Ample, comfortable seating, fresh coffee and doughnuts and other beverages were available. Later in the day hot dogs, popcorn, and soft drinks were available! Because of the challenges I presented with my car, I needed a loaner and one was provided for me. There, too, everyone was courteous and friendly. And at the end of it all, the price was much, much less than quoted. Kristen did all she could to get me the best deal! I drove 50 minutes to get to Bill Bryan's service department and will gladly do it again when the time comes. The drive home in my finely tuned machine made me very happy! More

I started shoping for a new Jeep Liberty in a South Florida Location. Upon visiting the dealership, I notice the new 2010 Dodge Journey. I discussed the purchase with the dealer and informed them I had Florida Location. Upon visiting the dealership, I notice the new 2010 Dodge Journey. I discussed the purchase with the dealer and informed them I had more shoping to do. I looked up other Dodge dealers in florida and discovered the Bill Bryan web site and found two Black( my color of choice) Journeys in stock. I had planned a sales trip to Orlando and stayed over Sunday to visit the dealer. This dealership and their approach to selling was a pleasant surprise and excedded my expectations. They priced both the new Jeep Liberty and the new Dodge Journey. They test drove my 2002 Jeep Liberty and made me an offer that was fair for that model and year. They then arrainged for me to test drive the Liberty and the Journey. My mind was made up before I test drove the Journey but the test drive confirmed my choice of that car and color. We procedded to do the paperwork and came to a final price that was in the ball park of what I wanted to pay. The Sales manager got envolved and close the deal with a little sweetner and I was happy. After I gave the dealership a check for the sale, Artie showed me all the features and explained all the benefits I coulod look forward to. I was able to take the car off the lot that evening and drove to South Florida. The dealership had big screen TV's available while the paperwork was completed and I did not miss a play from my Miami Dolphins. I also chomped down on some popcorn and had a coke. As Mastercard says " the experence was priceless" Good job to the crew of Bill Bryan and their support of our military. I will buy from this dealer again. More
