So I brought it into your shop after hearing the ad on the Leesburg radio station. Well, they fixed the truck better than the Ford dealership. With this visit, you couldn't fix my 2008 Chevy HHR because it needed a GM computer update to correct the problem. Your dealership didn't charge me at all. I ran it over to the Chevrolet dealership, they did the computer update, and it is all fixed. $100, just like your service manager said. When we bought this car from Art Dorado, one of the remote key fobs didn't work. He said he would make it right. He, and the dealership did. We'll be back. Your service managers, and everybody there, treat you like a friend. And the hot dogs and popcorn aren't bad either. Thanks, Ken Brown More
My Quest for a New Van: I pulled into Bill Bryan's lot driving a car from another dealership! They had sent it home with me for the night to try and convince me it's the car I wanted while they "worked o driving a car from another dealership! They had sent it home with me for the night to try and convince me it's the car I wanted while they "worked on the financing & tried to get more money for me for my trade in". When I got out of 'their' vehicle I was greeted nearly immediatley by Mike. He was warm, understanding, and a great listener, repeating back my needs & wants for verification. He then took me right to the perfect vehicle, it was in my budget, loaded with extras & didn't have too many miles on it. He explained the features to me, helped me get my daughters car seat situated and away we went on a test drive. He was knowledgeable about the features of the van and able to answer all my questions. We got back and I was hooked on this van! Then we talked about the trade in, with no nonsense, we pulled up the value on kbb.com, I told him what the other dealer had offered (less than half the value listed on KBB) and they offered twice as much! SOLD! The finanancing and paperwork went smoothly and the entire process from pulling in the lot to pulling out in my new van took 2 hours. We love our new van & would reccomend Mike & the Bill Bryan team to every one we know. More
We have had hands free cell phone Blu Ray in our past three cars for obvious safety reasons. When I test drove my 2011 Town & country Chrysler Van; I saw the telephone symbol on the dash. From past experience I know Chrysler builds quality automobiles and I assumed I would have a good quality hands free cell service in the T&C After I took delivery I tried to match up my cell phone; it would not work. I went back to Dorado the salesman. He said it would be over $500. plus to hook up my hands- free cell phone. I said that was deceptive and misleading. He said we never discussed it. I said the headlight switch also was never discussed, did I have to ask every little detail to get honesty from him. I allowed Bill Bryan and Dorado to cheat me once. Although I find it more convenient to get my service locally at Bryans, the simple fact is: they will never sell me another car. Thank you More

bought @ this dealer before, only question , why must you always go thru sales mgr, to come up with a deal, would be easier to give more authority to a select few of sales personnal. I looked all over Florida and Georgia for a 3500 4X4 PU. Specifically a 2011 end of the year but new on the lot. I was contacted by a sales rep fro myour dealership and he found a truck in south florida wi Specifically a 2011 end of the year but new on the lot. The deal was completed on the phone and financing arrainged from my credit union and the deal was complete. The truck was transported to the dealer the next day. We have patronized your organization for over 10 years; first with our Subaru Outback, purchased up North before we moved here and then traded in on a newer model year, Honda CR-V. Dealing with your organ first with our Subaru Outback, purchased up North before we moved here and then traded in on a newer model year, Honda CR-V. Dealing with your organization has always been a very pleasant ex-perience. Upon reflection, we should have negotiated a better deal on our trade, which was in April, 2011. I note, that sales person's name is absent from above list. Going forward, we will continue to patronize Bill Bryan because it just "feels right" to us. On one occasion, we had an issue that "didn't feel right" and that was resolved to our satisfaction by the Manager, Mr. Audett. Thank you. More
