We went looking for a new jeep and was very pleased with the way Charles treated us. Not only was he knowledgeable about the product he did all he could to help us. When I first walked into the dealership on January 2, 2013 I noticed several men standing around talking paying no particular attention anything or anyone. I looked over several vehicles that were in th 2013 I noticed several men standing around talking paying no particular attention anything or anyone. I looked over several vehicles that were in the show room and no one paid any attention to me. So I started to head for the exit and as I passes by a desk a gentleman asked if he could help me. (He turned out to be the sales manager, nice fellow). I said I was wondering if anyone worked here and that I was interested in a Town & Country. He said just a minute please, got up from the desk, was gone a few minutes and reappeared with a gentleman that he introduced as Bill Victorelli. Boy I am really glad that was fortunate enough to have been introduced to Bill. He asked what I was interested in, and I said that my wife and I were interested in a 2013 Town & Country. Bill asked if we had a color in mind and I said we were preferred red. So we went out side and he showed me a deep cherry red TC. Gave me the key and said look the vehicle over, which I did. Before Bill came back I called my wife and asked her to come to the dealership. She did, and to make a long story short we walked out the dealership several hours later the proud owners of a new deep cherry red 3013 Town & Country. The whole experienced from the time I was introduced to Bill until we left was very satisfactory to say the least. On a scale of 1 to 10, we would rate Bill a 10+ hands down. Mike Shadlich went far and beyond in helping us succeed in purchasing a new truck. We have been to the dealership previously and dealt with Mike Sumner and received poor customer service from him. We got a letter in the mail for employee pricing event and I decided to give the dealership one more chance at making a huge impact on our buying decision. Mike Shadlich did what we expected from a dealership and from a salesperson. He was pleasant, direct, and on the ball. We will in the future direct people to him if they are interested in buying a vehicle. More

I purchased a Nissan Murano from Art Dorado-Sales Consultant. He was not like the normal car sales man. Wasn't pushy and actually listened to what i wanted. It was love at first sight!
