Purchased a 2018 F250 from this dealership with 29K miles as this vehicle was “a great deal”, drove it off the lot and instantly TPM sensor came on, and heated/cooled seats quit working. During the drive hom as this vehicle was “a great deal”, drove it off the lot and instantly TPM sensor came on, and heated/cooled seats quit working. During the drive home we noticed a howling coming from the rear sliding window, the track holding the window on was barely secured and window was allowing air/water to seep in. A sticky residue outlined the window as if prior owner had taped the window to prevent leaking. Sales guy Sean was immediately notified via text, the next day he called and appointment was made to drop vehicle off and get a loaner so vehicle could be serviced 4 days later. Upon arrival to service it was stated the heated/cooled seats would not be addressed as we did not purchase the additional warranty and it is not a safety feature. Not to mention they hadn’t set a loaner aside! The finance gentleman Tony and “G” at main desk found this amusing as we should have purchased the extended warranty and that’s why we “got such a good deal on this vehicle” -which would have been understandable had it had been mentioned this feature didn’t work. Absolutely insane this dealership won’t stand behind products they sell. STAY AWAY! More
