Being a woman and looking for a car on my own for the first time since my husband died, I was apprehensive about starting a car search, especially since I didn't really know what kind I wanted, only that first time since my husband died, I was apprehensive about starting a car search, especially since I didn't really know what kind I wanted, only that I wanted a change. It didn't take long for my fears to go away. I had just relocated from PA to FL and didn't really know where to start. Well, I started -- and ended -- at the right place! Charles was most gracious and not a bit pushy or high pressured. He even sympathized with my situation and made me feel very comfortable -- quite the opposite of past experiences in looking for a car! The general manager and sales manager both came over during our discussion,cheerfully greeted me, and offered to help in any way. They also were not a bit pushy.
