I have never used the customer service. Just bought the car and had no service. Salesman were friendly but not overfriendly. The sales manager was a JERK and caused the salesman to almost not get his sale car and had no service. Salesman were friendly but not overfriendly. The sales manager was a JERK and caused the salesman to almost not get his sale and acted like I was stupid and degraded me. I left the dealership! I was contacted the next day telling me that the dealership would take my offer, I then counter offered $300.00 LESS and they took that offfer. I have been a customer of this dealer since moving to The Villages nine years ago. We went into the dealer this week to look for a good used Dodge Grand Caravan. When we arrived, we found Rob Storz stan Villages nine years ago. We went into the dealer this week to look for a good used Dodge Grand Caravan. When we arrived, we found Rob Storz standing outside even though it was extremely windy that afternoon. We soon found that he was there because he wanted to be of service and he wanted to be our salesman. He answered all of our questions and quickly presented us with a 2009 red Dodge Grand Caravan with low mileage. We quickly made a decision that this was the one. I cannot prise Joe enough. My husband is very sick with cancer and we had to get another car with a lower payment. Joe was very caring and patient and helped us to get into another vehicle.
