Sammy applied quite a bit of pressure and was visibly irritated when I refused to stay after hours with my son because he wanted to make a sale. The initial offering was $9500.00 more than the listed price which is ridiculous. I ended up purchasing a truck and was told it would be detailed and inspected once more prior to pickup. I picked up the truck and there was a cheezits bag an crumbs all over the center console, dog hair everywhere and a curdled dairy product under one of the seats. I was called by the store manager to review my time spent at the dealership and reviewed the car was never detailed as I was told it was supposed to be and was advised they would follow up with me to pay for a detailing. No one ever called, it's now been 2 months. The finance manager was rude after I refused the warranty offer and really stopped communicating with me after my refusal. I would not recommend this dealership and will never be back. More

Everyone attempts to be friendly and that is a nice change since my last visit to the service department. BUT, For a service department has plagued my life with comebacks on multiple vehicles, left ite change since my last visit to the service department. BUT, For a service department has plagued my life with comebacks on multiple vehicles, left items dirty that they had worked on, didn't pick me up when they said they would, and never respond to my complaints....this service department does NOT deserve the labor rates they charge or any respect. My service rep, Ryan Swoll, was nice but didn't have me picked up at the agreed upon time causing a waste of my time and keeping from my vehicle. Event he lady who was supposed to arrange a rental car for a me several weeks ago seemed to be bothered by the whole situation and was inconvenienced by it. These items, accompanied with the terrible experience I had with the sales department, convinces me to never go to this dealership again. I have been patient by giving this dealership multiple chances to prove itself worthy of my, my friend's and family, and my social media contact's confidence in going to this place for vehicles and service, but that chance is no longer available. The only 2 people I have had dealership quality service from are Ashbuy Carter and Stephen Kugel, those 2 deserve 5 stars, but they were not involved in these most recent events. More

The finance “manager almost killed the deal by forcing me to register my vehicle in Florida which I did not want to do from the start. He stated I need an emissions test done on vehicle before receiving the to register my vehicle in Florida which I did not want to do from the start. He stated I need an emissions test done on vehicle before receiving the title which is false and forced me to redo all paperwork and re register the vehicle with Florida than charged me extra for it. The vehicle was used and clearly not inspected before being put up for sale. Turn signals were out brake light didn’t work, door seals needed to be replaced, tires bald, brake rotors not balanced and out of round and need to be replaced. They took the vehicle in cleaned the inside of it and that was it. did they attempt to discount vehicle knowing issues before selling nope they argued as to why I should pay almost $25,995.00 for a vehicle that was advertised on THEIR WEBSITE for $16,995.00. Then tell me straight up the price of vehicle is $17,995 that there is a $1k discount in hopes that people finance cuz that’s where they make their money. I don’t plan to return to this dealership for anything! More
I was quoted a price $50 less over the phone for the oil change (149.95, was charge $197). I mentioned a vibration during Highway driving (which was met with a grimace and a “we will do our inspection and change (149.95, was charge $197). I got five miles down the road when the low tire pressure sensors in both back tires went off so I had to return to the dealership to have 20 pounds put in the tires. Since they rotated the tires the front tires have 60 pounds but I would hope the technician would take care of the pressure differences front to back. Very frustrating experience! More
Ryan takes great care of managing warranty issues and coordinating with outside vendors as my truck was sent offsite to have paint work completed.
