I'm very sorry that you feel so frustrated with me, and I apologize again, as I did in our most recent phone conversation. We should have communicated more often with you on the progress of the repair and status of your loan. As I explained to you before, the car you were looking at was in service, and I have to wait for them to release it for safety reasons. Sometimes repairs can take 2-3 days other times a week or 2 depending if the car needs a part that has to be ordered, or specific diagnostic work. I try not to call my customers too often, unless I have news that they are not already aware of, as this can offensive as well. About the loan it was a really bad spot for me again because I do not handle that part of the process, though the business manager who completed your loan worked diligently around the challenges she was presented with. Again I'm sorry that took us 3-4 days to get you finally approved on the car you wanted with payment you wanted, because I should've also keep you informed with the situation and with the process. You right I should've and could've done a better job. The only thing I can do now is learn from this experience and do a better job on follow up with my clients. Doing it the right way, the only way. The way that you and everyone deserves.
