I needed a car and I wasn't expecting to get into a car that I love. There are bunch of dealerships in the area, a xxxx of a lot. Some have whimsical names and a bunch of beaters, some seem like drug front that I love. There are bunch of dealerships in the area, a xxxx of a lot. Some have whimsical names and a bunch of beaters, some seem like drug fronts with hoodlums for dealers. Those places made me nervous to walk on to the lots let alone give my personal info. CBS Quality Cars caught my just driving by a few of these locations. I couldn't find any negative press online. The website is up to date, the warranty stuff seemed cool. This clinched it for me; I collected my stuff and was enroute to the Roxboro Rd location in N. Durham. The first salesmen I met was Amado. I gave him a brief description of what I wanted and advised him the due diligence was done and CBS seemed legit. Amado gave me the history of the family owned business, the nuts and bolts of the operation and his own background. A car salesmen with esprit de corps and Absolutely NO PRESSURE on the lot or creepiness with the administration stuff? SCORE! The most important aspect in my car buying experience is no pressure sales. Next would be not a drug front. CBS is neither of these and they really take care of you the point of spoiling you. I would've actually felt spoiled if there was a coffee or a coffee machine with real coffee on site (Keurig cups or Starbucks. People were getting tired in there, Just sayin'.) Bottom line is that I walked away with a Vehicle that I love. I'm a fan and I'll tell everyone to go any of the CBS locations for a vehicle, ask for Amado he's the man. More

I had been looking for a reliable car for my son, who graduated from high school and is taking a gap year before college. When we arrived, the sales associate was ready to meet us, and the car was also ready for the test drive. This may seem like a simple matter, but we had been to several dealerships that dropped the ball on scheduling a timely appointment. The car was in good shape, and the dealer provided a service record and allowed us to have the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic. I'd made it clear during our discussions that I was interested in an excellent rate for financing, and the sales associate, Amado Marte, was able to do that for me. In fact, he really listened all through the process and followed up in a timely manner. CBS may not be the fanciest of showrooms, but they did provide top quality customer service and prices, and that's what matters most. More
