This was a great experience. Traded my car in for a pre-owned 2007 Eclipse SE. Best Eclipse I found in the area, mind you, after hitting several dealerships. What I loved about working with Tex is that he listened to what I wanted and did not try to sell me on something outside of what I was looking to accomplish. Over all this team made sure I was taken care of and made sure I got the best interest rate I could get. Not to mention they stayed open over two hours late to finish the purchase. Great experience. Professional service. I was looking for a truck and found just what I wanted. Was not like other dealers that wanted you to take a 2 minute test drive, They told us to take our time and get a truck and found just what I wanted. This relationship got off to a bit of a rocky start because it was not clear to me that delays in pursuing a purchase were functions of work being done to the car at the service center. However, once I understood this and these were completed all went smoothly. There may exist a continuing problem (indicated by an engine check light), but at this writing it seems to have abated. Chris has been very responsive to this and to other concerns I had in purchasing this car. I do think the car was slightly over-priced given Kelly Blue Book estimates, and the trade-in for my former car could have been more generous, but all told I was satisfied. I think this 2003 Ford Focus should serve me well in years to come and, to this point at least, I am pleased. I expect these sentiments to continue. More
WARRANTY SERVICE TO REPLACE AXEL BOOT THAT SLUNG GREASE IN THE AREA OF THE BOOT. Herb did not clean any of the grease. I had to spend 45 minutes to jack up the car, remove covers and do the job RIGHT. Wh IN THE AREA OF THE BOOT. Herb did not clean any of the grease. I had to spend 45 minutes to jack up the car, remove covers and do the job RIGHT. While on the lift, it would have only taken 5 minutes. It is obvious the tech could care less what condition he returns the car in! The odor of grease on the exhaust alerted me to the problem. This service department lacks supervision and training! How do you know if the repair was successful when it looks like it did before CBS was hired to FIX it! More
