My friend dropped me off to find a car one Saturday morning. I had been in communication with Terrell and he was waiting for me when I arrived. I have an 08 Eclipse I bought at Carmax as an insurance replacement for another 08 Eclipse I bought brand new before CBS had the franchise. By November 2011 it developed a chronic and annoying brake pedal replacement for another 08 Eclipse I bought brand new before CBS had the franchise. By November 2011 it developed a chronic and annoying brake pedal squeak whenever you let off the pedal. At this point I was still in warranty and CBS diagnosed, ordered and installed a brake booster. I picked the car up on a saturday and by sunday the noise was back. That monday I called Ron Rose in parts to ask if indeed they had installed the booster since it still had the same problem. He said they had. This car resides 2 1/2 hours away so I was not able to get the car back in until I was out of warranty. I was told no problem they could "goodwill it". Several months later I was able to bring it back and they ordered another brake booster so I had to bring the car back later after the part came in. In July I dropped it off again, left it all day with Jeff in service. He called me back late in the day and they didn't have time to do the booster but they did fix my door speaker. So I brought it back AGAIN the next week. This time they kept it for two weeks and I was told it needed another brake booster and a master cylinder. I would have to pay for the master cylinder. They had tried another brake booster and it didn't fix it so they were convinced the master cylinder would fix it. I got Mitsubishi corporate involved because I felt I shouldn't be charged for a misdiagnosis. CBS told me I took too long to bring the car back from the initial repair attempt in November even though they had told me then they could "goodwill it". So, they swapped a brake booster/master cylinder assembly from another car, test drove it, proclaimed it fixed and returned the car to me at "no charge". I was taking the car back to it's home in Charlotte and two hours later the brake pedal was squeaking again. Still not fixed after three brake boosters and a master cylinder. A couple weeks later I was able to bring it back for the umpteenth time and Mitsubishi techline instructed them to replace the ABS module which they did. This finally fixed my original complaint but I had to pay the labor $120 and they "goodwilled" the abs module. I feel that Mitubishi should have absorbed all the repairs. I paid just to get it over with. I was never offered alternate transportation for a repair that took weeks. While all the CBS people and particularly the service manager Ed Bachman have been super friendly and helpful, Mitsubishi should have ate this repair. I have been a loyal Mitsubishi owner for many years and I love the cars. I have owned 7 or 8 since my initial 83 Starion. I now question whether I will own another and I have put my Eclipse SE up for sale. More

bought my jeep from morgan, and was sad when i heard they were closing. cbs has exceeded my expectations since they took over the business. most of the faces are new to me, but the overall experience is th were closing. cbs has exceeded my expectations since they took over the business. most of the faces are new to me, but the overall experience is the same as it was at morgan. regardless the repair that needs to be done, i feel confident i am being lead in the right direction, and being treated fairly. from start to finish, each visit to cbs for service the people are courteous and polite. i recommend the dealership to anyone who has an automotive need of any type. I gave this rating because I was given greatbservice. I was a little skeptically at first but after going to pick up my car and talking with Danny.he explained things to me about my car that I didn't under was a little skeptically at first but after going to pick up my car and talking with Danny.he explained things to me about my car that I didn't understand, and gave me bad news about my car in a good way. He also corrected or tried to fix something that wasn't done which was my oil change. He gave me a card to.get it free. Because Danny gave great bad news and his attitude was awesome, I will be back to get my air conditioning serviced. More
