Bait and Switch. We looked up a vehicle on autotrader priced at $17,000. Showed up and they told me the real price was $18,500. Then they tried to add exorbitant tags, tags, dock, and dealer fees. This Place sucks...I need a car so I went to CBS and purchased a 2003 Acura and put $3400.00 down. I was told that the car was in excellent condition, the car only had 75 miles on it, that should have b purchased a 2003 Acura and put $3400.00 down. I was told that the car was in excellent condition, the car only had 75 miles on it, that should have been a sign It was repo about three times before, I was thinking for none payment...not the case. Three weeks after I had the car the check engine light came on. I took the car back they said the gas cap wasnt on tight, two weeks later the engine check light came on again they said it needed another gas cap. brought a new gas cap one week later the transmission went out. It was two weeks after the 30 day warranty and these people would not help me get it fixed, I had to dish out $2000.00 dollars. (The story gets worst) . I get the transmission fixed get a warranty for 12 months and what do you know the transmission goes out again months later. I spoke with the owner STEVE SMITH, the sales Manager TIM ROBERSON, and a slew of other CBS employees, no one would help me. I am a single mother of three and struggling to pay my bills as it is, I never knew people could be so heartless, now they want even take there car back as a trade. Please Please...to all future customers if you have other options try those first these people are greedy, and DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS. ***WARNING*** I purchased a car from this dealer about 3 months ago. About a month ago, I started noticing the paint peeling. I had someone look at it and let me know that the whole car had been painted W months ago. About a month ago, I started noticing the paint peeling. I had someone look at it and let me know that the whole car had been painted WITHOUT BEING SANDED OR PRIMED FIRST! I suspect, but can't prove they probably bought my car at an auction for a steal, took it to their collision shop and did a quickie paint job to gussy it up. Since I bought the car "as is", I have to pay for the new paint job myself. I am sure they would never admit to doing this, so I am letting people know with this review. More
Really nice man. Easy to work with. Sold me a car that was wrecked. Didn't tell me. It would have been nice to know. Now I'm stuck with a 12,000.00 loan on a bag of lemons. Buyer beware!!! I purchased a 1997 Toyota Avalon from Chris. Chris listened to my needs and picked on the Avalon which was a great little car. When my nephew needed a car I let him have my Avalon and Chris. Chris listened to my needs and picked on the Avalon which was a great little car. When my nephew needed a car I let him have my Avalon and went straight to Chris for another vehicle. Again Chris listened and picked out a 2004 Chevy malibu based on my price range,gas mileage,etc. The autocheck report stated that the car had been in a minor fender bender. Nothing major. I trusted Chris's advice and went ahead with the purchase of the car. Since January I have had nothing but issues with the car and decided to run a car fax report on the car. The car fax showed that the car had been involved in a major accident in which the airbag had been deployed and that it had extensive front end damage from hitting a tree and deploying the air bag. I have no doubt that Chris was aware of this and I truly believe he would have not sold me the car. I was going to go ahead and write a negative review but thought better of it and decided to give CBS a chance to make it right. Chris agreed that the car was not the quality that cbs sells and that he would do whatever he could to make it right. Again, I truly believe he did try. After going to the dealership they offered me an embarrassing price for the car. It would have been a fair price for someone trading the car in just because they wanted a new car, but I felt unsafe I the car after learning that it had been in a pretty bad accident . The finance manger, Charles was very rude and had no compassion as to what I had been through with the car. Yes, I know this is my fault for not following through with the car fax but I believed the name of the company cbs "quality" used cars..I have learned to do your research and trust no one. Another dealership that I have never had any dealings with has offered me more for the car to get me into a safe vehicle. Chris again you are truly awesome. Sorry you work with a bunch of knuckleheads. More

I saw the car on the internet, I call Mauro and told him what I wanted. He was so helpful, he drove the car to my house in Wake Forest for me to test drive. Once I liked it I went to sign all the paper work. Since I didn't trade my car... He delivered my new car to my front door. I couldn't ask for a better service. My friend dropped me off to find a car one Saturday morning. I had been in communication with Terrell and he was waiting for me when I arrived.
