"Professsional and Amazing Customer Service" I must admit I was a little more than skeptical at first. I had some credit problems and I did not think I was going to drive off the lot with anythi I must admit I was a little more than skeptical at first. However, I've got news for you Shantel Johnson and her assistant Francis "Twin" Donaie proved that everybody deserves a second chance. I drove off the lot that night with my brand new 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander that had only 5 miles on it. They are a dynamic duo and they know exactly what to do to help you get the vehicle you want and deserve. I am still in awe and I LOVE my new Outlander. I emailed about my interest and heard back from Bill Corcoran within 12 hours! I went to see the car in Hillsborough the next day and was impressed with Bill's laid back sales demeanor and the quality of the vehicle. Being married only 8 days, I needed to check with my wife about the purchase, called her and she drove over to see the car as I went back to work. She absolutely raved about Bill's service and the car. We bought the car today!
