Fast and Easy I worked with Billy at the Hillsboro CBS location to trade in my 2014 Mazda3 with a ton of miles on it for a slightly used Chrysler 200C V6. Before I I worked with Billy at the Hillsboro CBS location to trade in my 2014 Mazda3 with a ton of miles on it for a slightly used Chrysler 200C V6. Before I stopped in, I called to inquire about the Chrysler to see if it had smoke odors, among other questions. Billy checked out the car and verified it did. While I was bummed, I appreciated his honesty. Thankfully, the price was right and I had to stop in (45 minutes from my house) to check it out. Both he and Mike were great to work with and once I decided to make the trade, I purchased an ozone generator for $70 to clean out the smoke smell, with my "savings" (Great investment BTW!) based on Billy's recommendation. All in all, couldn't have asked for a easier transaction! More

The next day a had a few concerns and I told Casey about them and then she introduced me to Paul and he listened and was very nice and then he had me go to there shop on Hwy 70 in Durham... Wow the customer service I received was just wonderful from my first contact Eli to all the shop techs were just so friendly and knowledgable concerning my new purchase... They very quickly assisted me in what needed to be taken care of and had me on my way. I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received from everyone.... Very happy customer !!!!!!
