Bad Customer Service We came to the dealership already pre-approved Friday evening but because the salesman didnt listen to my husband and started a new loan process, they We came to the dealership already pre-approved Friday evening but because the salesman didnt listen to my husband and started a new loan process, they did not contact our bank soon enough before the bank closed. My husband started the paperwork and everything with the understanding that we would be back Saturday with our check. The bank gave us a loan approval number and everything but did not cut the check in time on Saturday. We explained the situation and told them we could give them the loan approval number. They told us we were not approved for a loan and so there was nothing they could do and they sold the van within the hour. We've never worked with a dealership like this. Not to mention the van had 2 open recalls and they are located right beside a Honda dealership, they could have easily taken the van next door to have those fixed. Just sorry customer service! We will not be back! More
