"Bad Karma" August 31st 2019. I had inquired about an Audi A4. A salesperson contacted me back almost immediately. We scheduled a test drive that afternoon and I August 31st 2019. I had inquired about an Audi A4. A salesperson contacted me back almost immediately. We scheduled a test drive that afternoon and I specifically requested that she let me know if the car wasn't going to be there because I was driving a total of 3 hours round trip. She said the car was there and she was keeping an eye on it. I arrived at the appointed time and the salesperson I had been talking with wasn't there. Another one attempted to help us but could not find the car but he said not to worry that he had some more just like it. I asked if the others were the same color, model, year, and the same mileage. He said the colors were different and the mileage was more on the ones that were there so I said "So they are not the same are they?" I texted the original salesperson I had first spoken with back and she never answered back for 2 days. I texted the main number to the dealership and got a generic text back saying that is not how they normally done business. I have yet got a personal phone call. Pathetic, Not good customer service. Evidently my time is not considered valuable at all to them. Please, if you consider your time just as valuable as the Carmazone dealership, don't waste it there because I promise you they don't even consider your time or energy at all. More
