I don't know a soul who enjoys the used car shopping experience. That said, the Staff at Carmazone were a joy to work with. The car my son "had to have" was pre-washed and parked in front row with a dealer tag ready to test drive. Demo went will, negotiations were honestly fair, paperwork was a breeze. The only thing lacking was leather interior. They sent the vehicle off and had leather and heated seats installed and back in 4 days. The seats came out amazing. Extremely pleased with my purchase. Even met the owner, very professional and personable young lady - you can tell she's passionate about here customers. Well done! Would recommend and buy again. More

This is the absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Associate followed up this am with me confirming the car I wanted was there spoke again on my way it's 1.5 hrs away 45 min out and recieved tex with. Associate followed up this am with me confirming the car I wanted was there spoke again on my way it's 1.5 hrs away 45 min out and recieved text saying car would be out front waiting for me. I get there and they proceed to tell me it's sold already. After I drove that far....I'm speechless. They couldn't call me and save me the 45 minute ride. Had no explanation as to why I was told moments before that it would be waiting for me when in fact it was sold. I wasted half the day then wanted to show me multiple vehicles I was not interested in . Absolute useless. At least the 2 men I dealt with are anyway. More

Purchased my Genesis G80 from Carmazone a few months ago. There was a sensitive yet irritating light that kept coming on for one of my sensors. Chris and his staff were always nice and helpful when I had questions, and they sent me reminders and updates through text which help relieve my anxiety as well.
