DO NOT GET A WARRANTY FROM CARS PROTECTION PLUS!!! I purchased a vehicle on April 5, 2024. I specifically asked was there anything wrong with the vehicle I was told no. I purchased a warranty also. On April 25, 2024 less than 3 weeks after paying over 12,000 in cash for this vehicle the engine starts to make a whistling sound and the check engine light came on. I take it to the dealership and the problem is going to cost me 3,000 dollars. The warranty company I purchased the warranty through is not covering the repair either saying the issue, that is part of the Engine, is not covered!!! This is the biggest rip off I've ever been apart of. A car company that sells you a faulty car, offers you a warranty from a company that will not cover your repairs and has a bad reputation for not covering repairs. I contacted Carface and have yet to hear back from them. I just wanted a reliable car and for 12,000 I should not have to deal with a 3,000 repair and I haven't had the car for a month. They are a scam. More

I went back two days in a row and worked with Dylan and Brandon. They were super helpful and let us drive as many cars as we needed. We bought a car on second day, for my daughter. BUYER BEWARE! Their mechanic is not the best. We asked about the AC in the vehicle many times. They said it just needed recharged. They however did not tell Their mechanic is not the best. We asked about the AC in the vehicle many times. They said it just needed recharged. They however did not tell us they MIXED REFRIGERANTS which caused the compressor to sieze up and now we need a new compressor as well as new refrigerant in the vehicle. Cost comes to $1,960.20. Just beware... if vehicle you are interested in needs repair don't have them do it! More
