Came in for oil change and tire rotation for my 2021 F-150. Appointment was set the previous week by Tom, and I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. The staff is always upbeat and friendly. If this is for our 2017 150,00 mile required maintenance on our 2017 Ford Focus 1.0 L echosport I am happy with the work. I wasn't happy with the service department not knowing what the maintenance entailed on our 2017 Ford Focus 1.0 L echosport I am happy with the work. I wasn't happy with the service department not knowing what the maintenance entailed and not knowing or checking. They said that this car didn't even have a timing belt while I was reading this from our owners manual that it did and it needed to be changed. We scheduled the entire 150,000 mile maintenance but all parts were not in, as again we got a call asking if we wanted this other work done which was part of the 150,000 mile maintenance. We told them yes as we had told them when we scheduled we needed that work done as it was part of the 150,000 maintenance that we had scheduled and read off the list of things per the cars owners manual when scheduling. The parts then had to be ordered so the car was in the shop for a week. The work was done well and we are happy with that. More

However, when the bill arrives, we do not know which vehicle it's for, and what was done to it, then it requires a phone call to the dealership to find out. Perhaps the year and a short sentence of what was done could be added. It would sure help us. More
