Recall I had a recall on my 2011 Ford raptor. I had an appt for Tuesday morning, I live an hour away, so I brought my truck over on Monday morning to drop I had a recall on my 2011 Ford raptor. Oil change and tire balance issue I brought my company car in for an oil change and I reported a tire bring out of balance. They came to me while I waited and they told me my lug nuts were swollen ( not sure what that meant) they replaced them at nearly 7.00 bucks apiece..... I drove off and I still have a feel of a tire out of balance, so they really did not listen to my complaint... Now I will possible have to take it back before I ruin the tires... More

I was less than happy with how I was spoke to at the service The past several oils changes I have had at your service center have not gone as I expected. If I work with Vicki, I get wonderful service. But when I The past several oils changes I have had at your service center have not gone as I expected. If I work with Vicki, I get wonderful service. But when I get the young man behind the service counter, I have not been happy. I leave there very displeased. He may be new, but he needs to learn how to speak to women . Not sure if he treats men the same way. If I ask a question, I do not expect a smart answer. We own several FORD vehicles and bring them all to you for servicing. We like to keep our spending local. But I dread when I have to bring my Escape in for work. More
