5,0000 mile service Vicki squeezed me in as I was going on vacation the following day! That was so great!!!! I had called a week earlier as my low tire sensor came on a Vicki squeezed me in as I was going on vacation the following day! That was so great!!!! I had called a week earlier as my low tire sensor came on and I am leasing so thought I better get it checked out. I was told by other service person that he couldn't get me in until the following Weds. I was SHOCKED! So I called Dowagiac Auto on M-51 (who services my 1991 f150), and they told me to bring it in and within 10 minutes all my tires were checked and air put in the one that was low. The best part they didn't even charge me!!!! So Vicki is a breath of fresh air who went the extra mile to work my Edge in for a service. Sincerely, Jackie Rohdy More
