Not a happy customer Unfortunately, I never received the car I originally paid for a car with remote start already on it when the car was manufactured, took a month to get Unfortunately, I never received the car I originally paid for a car with remote start already on it when the car was manufactured, took a month to get an “off the market” remote start installed even though was told it wouldn’t be off the market, I ended up with two key fobs instead of one. After getting the remote start installed - I had nothing but problems with my panic going off whenever another vehicle started or got to close to my car. Was told it wasn’t the remote start that was causing the problems but was in fact told it was user error. 7 months into me owning the car my in-laws asked to have to remote start taken off which c wimberly did and then two weeks later finally called to see if I was having any issues with my vehicle. Installed a new remote start with fortunately no problems, however, c wimberly has lost my business. If I had the money I would have broke the lease I am in and would have turned away and never looked back. More

Kinda Disappointed This Time I normally have absolute faith in the service I get here but not this time. The main computer on my 2015 Explorer blacked out one morning, thought I normally have absolute faith in the service I get here but not this time. The main computer on my 2015 Explorer blacked out one morning, thought better of it, rebooted itself, and all systems came back on within 30 seconds. Nevertheless, I requested service; particularly because this had happened less than a year before and this was a practically new computer. When I made the appointment, the service person said the computer was under warranty and he would order a new one. When I read the service report after picking up my car, I was extremely disappointed to see that my Explorer's computer was only "rebooted" and NOT replaced! This is reason #1 why I no longer trust C.Wimberly Ford Service. Now I will explain issue #2: When I made the appointment for the computer, I also requested the recall for the toe link issue be addressed. The same service tech said that would take a full day so we scheduled accordingly. Well, the computer problem, the recall issue, plus an oil change was all done in a HALF DAY. I can't help but wonder. So, in one visit, my faith, trust, and loyalty to Ford and this dealership have been destroyed. More
Did not feel valued as a customer Went in for an oil change, multi-point inspection and tire rotation. After sitting for an hour and a half I was informed that they could not do the t Went in for an oil change, multi-point inspection and tire rotation. After sitting for an hour and a half I was informed that they could not do the tire rotation because the lug nuts were swollen. I was then informed that replacing them would cost between $150 and $180. I was able to purchase all new lug nuts from Autozone for $40 and changed them myself with no difficulty. Not sure why it would be so difficult for a fully equipped and certified repair shop, nor why they were trying to overcharge so much for a bunch of nuts. This is the same service center that failed three times to repair a transmission that was under warranty on a previous vehicle I owned. More

I love Vicki and Pat . Steve and I have purchased a truck and 2 cars from Pat. Our latest experience was pretty devastating as the TURBO had a very serious problem. Consid Steve and I have purchased a truck and 2 cars from Pat. Our latest experience was pretty devastating as the TURBO had a very serious problem. Considering that, Pat gave me a wonderful SUV to drive while the problem was figured out. ( I will not get into detail about that) We knew we had to buy a other car. so we did. Jr. looked all over for one that met my specifications. And I love it , (except the trunk has to be opened manually) and I have a car payment now. Little to gripe about that.
