My Ford Explorer has been sitting there for 6 weeks My Ford Explorer was towed in on August 15th, every week I call and they tell me it will be looked at next. As i left the dealership a part came off from underneath the suv took it back and they put it back on within minutes. i wasn't too happy about it coming off i thought it was something to do with the service they did to my suv but i guess it wasn't i apologize and thank them for their quick service. i'm glad the part came off when it did because i was driving the suv to las vegas the next day.
