I was having issues trying to find a Ford dealer that would replace my Ford Fusion’s passenger air bag that has been on recall for at least 4 years. After connecting with this dealership, Chuck Wimberley would replace my Ford Fusion’s passenger air bag that has been on recall for at least 4 years. After connecting with this dealership, Chuck Wimberley let me know this would be taken care of. Vicki contacted me right away & my car’s air bag was replaced with in a week of my 1st contact. They even picked up my car & brought it back to my husband at work which was above & beyond! Really appreciate the whole crew there! Thank you! More
