Ron is always a pleasure to work with at C Wimberley. I sent him what I was looking for and he was quick to find me what I needed. Months prior he did the same for my Husband. We are Ford people and only buy our Fords from Ron Reeves at the Dowagiac Ford dealership . My husband and I have been buying from Ron for over 25 yrs he is honest and a caring man and finds what you are lo at the Dowagiac Ford dealership . I came in for a patch on my tire I was there 4 hours because the customer service lady was having a bad day and didn’t want to deal with the insurance I purchased for wheel and tire. So I sat there and because the customer service lady was having a bad day and didn’t want to deal with the insurance I purchased for wheel and tire. So I sat there and waited. As soon as I talked to someone else things finally got taken care of. It was only a $25 dollar charge but I’m paying $699 for the insurance. I hope Vicki has better days. More
