Went in to see about a lease on a 2020 Ranger. They explained the lease process and how it differed from a purchase. Went in to have the issues I was having with my vehicle diagnosed, they said it would take 45 min and I would have to come back for the repair. I was pleasantly surprised when the folks at the service desk diagnosed, they said it would take 45 min and I would have to come back for the repair. I was pleasantly surprised when the folks at the service desk cam out and told me that it was done, that it had also been repaired it the time it was supposed to take to diagnose it. Very happy I don't have to come back for the repair! More
